Christina founded Impact Events in 2008 and has grown the business from a solo side hustle to today’s small agency. Christina radiates a positive enthusiastic energy. With her talent, charm and knowledgeable experience she easily develops solid relationships with her clients, colleagues and vendors. This allows her to relate to her client needs, and have a greater understanding of their vision, goals and objectives for each event. With more than 20 years of experience in producing events, communications and marketing in hospitality Christina brings experience and awareness of growth in the industry. The companies portfolio focusses on three major sectors including hospitality tourism, non-profit/charity and new residential real estate through producing events, fundraisers and supporting public relations and communications. In addition to an impressive client portfolio Impact Events also owns five large community festival style events. When not working you will find Christina exploring the region’s local wineries, restaurants and lakeside adventures with her dog.

With her positive and outgoing personality Janell is one of the Project Managers here at Impact Events. Growing up in a small town in Northern BC, creating fun was something you had to be good at in order to avoid boredom, she started her career in event planning there. Janell found her way to us where she can finally pursue her passion for planning events, and let her creative side shine through, and share her commitment to creating a unique experience. When she isn’t working with us you can find her kayaking on Okanagan lake, enjoying concerts with friends, camping, baking, working on one of her many hobbies, or daydreaming about new ideas for our projects.

Cassandra is the newest Project Manager on our team here at Impact Events. Originally from Toronto, she made her way to the beautiful Okanagan 2 years ago and hasn’t looked back since!

Cassandra comes to us with 10+ years of marketing, event management, production, and content creation experience. She prides herself in being extremely adaptable and adept at learning new technologies, embodying brand identity and creating lasting customer impressions.

When she isn’t working with us, you can find her creating traditional Ukrainian batik egg art or enjoying all that the Okanagan has to offer with her partner & their adorable English Bulldog, Max!
